Question 6

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every build has a fixed price in your plan. One tool or website from $1,500. A business system $3,000 to $10,000. A full platform from $10,000. Care after go-live from $1,000 a year (about $83 a month). New features from $500, with a fixed quote before we start. Launch prices for our next 5 projects.

Question 7

Is the build plan really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 30-minute call where you tell us what's slowing you down, then within 48 hours a written plan: what we'll build, the fixed price and the go-live date. It's yours to keep, even if you don't hire us.

Question 8

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Nothing up front. You pay half after you've seen the first part working on your own data, and the rest at go-live.

Accepted Answer

AI usage, the fee the AI company charges per message, is billed at cost, and we estimate it before you start. Paid third-party tools are billed at cost too.

Question 13

It can. So it answers from your data, not from memory, we test it on your real questions before it goes live, every conversation is logged, and it hands over to a person when it isn't sure.

Question 14

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

It stays private to your business. Where it matters, names, emails and phone numbers are masked before anything reaches an AI model. We built exactly that for ATCG India.

Question 15

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It says so at the start.

Whichever fits the job and the budget: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq or open models. You aren't tied to one.

Question 17

Will it pay off?

Accepted Answer

We agree on what changes and how you'll measure it: hours saved, replies sent, orders handled. And you see the first part working on your own data before you pay anything.

Question 21

Can you make our site readable by ChatGPT and other AI search?

Accepted Answer

For sites and apps we build, yes, as standard: AI crawlers can reach it, the content is in the page, and it has structured data and an llms.txt. No one can promise what an AI recommends, but we make sure it can read you.
