E-commerce app
Digidukan delivers hardware and electrical goods to shops across Jaipur within the hour. We built all of it: the shop app, the panel the team runs the whole business from, the website and the backend.

The problem
Shop owners need parts fast, and they ask for them the way they talk at the counter, in Hindi or English. Digidukan needed an app shopkeepers would actually use, and one place where a small team could run orders, stock, prices, offers, money and messages for every shop.
How it works, end to end
Sign-up and verification
What we builtShops sign up with a phone number, shop details, GST number and a map pin, then enter a code from Digidukan's team to see the catalogue.
What it changed: Only checked shops can order, and every sign-up becomes a lead for the sales team.
Voice search
What we builtA shopkeeper says the product name the way they'd say it at the counter. Each recording is read in Hindi and in English, and the clearer result wins. The team adds its own search words in the panel.
What it changed: Shops find parts by speaking, without spelling them.
Cart, offers and wallet
What we builtThe cart stops orders above stock. Coupons apply on their own with an “amount to go” bar, wallet money is used at checkout, and festival offers like the October Gift Fest run on the home screen. A “Price drops” row is picked for each type of shop.
What it changed: Coupons and wallet money the team sets from the panel bring shops back.
Order and payment
What we builtEach order gets its own number, a GST invoice and a record of where it came from: iPhone, Android or the website. Shops pay on delivery in cash, UPI or bank transfer, or online through PhonePe.
What it changed: Every order, however it was placed, has its invoice and its payment in one place.
Delivery
What we builtThe shop's own map pin guides delivery, and the app checks if the phone is far from the saved address. Every status change pings the shopkeeper: packed, on the way, delivered.
What it changed: Shops know where their order is without calling.
Repeat orders
What we builtA Reorder tab with “Buy again”, a reorder button on every past order, and wallet money and push campaigns to bring shops back.
What it changed: 90% of customers order again.
The panel your team runs it from
Digidukan's team runs the whole business from one web panel, on the same records as the app. Here is every part of it.
Orders
Every order with its timeline: placed, packed, on the way, delivered or cancelled. Each step pings the shop, a cancel puts the stock back, and a pop-up lands the moment a new order or support message comes in. Filters, CSV export and an order placed on a shop's behalf, tagged as such.
No new order waits for someone to notice it, and phone orders sit with app orders.
Delivery and payments
When an order is delivered, the team records who delivered it and when. When it's paid, cash, UPI and bank amounts are entered separately and must add up to the bill. Every shop has a checked map pin.
Every rupee collected is matched to its order.
Stock
Stock for every size and variant. Low stock is flagged on the dashboard, and the app won't sell more than is on the shelf, even when two shops order the last units at once.
No order is taken that can't be delivered.
Products and prices
Products with sizes, wattage and amperage, MRP, selling price, cost price and HSN code, with GST worked out. Every cost change is kept with its reason, and the team picks the “Price drops” row for each type of shop.
Margins are visible, and every price change has a reason on record.
Coupons
Flat or percentage coupons with a minimum order, use limits, end dates and product or brand rules, each with its own results: how often it was used and how much it gave away.
The team can see which offers actually bring orders.
Wallet
Add wallet money to one shop or hundreds from an Excel list, choose when it starts and when it expires, send a push with it, and see each shop's full history.
Cashback and promotions go out in minutes, and the money sitting in wallets is a number on the dashboard.
Shop verification
The code new shops enter to unlock the catalogue, a follow-up list of unverified shops with the salesperson who referred them, and one-tap blocking that logs a shop out at once.
Only real shops buy, and every sign-up becomes a sales lead.
Push campaigns
Send to every shop, a saved group (by spend, orders or open carts) or a pasted list of numbers. Attach a product, schedule it for later, and see how many shops opened it.
Promotions reach the right shops' phones the same day.
Customers and open carts
Every shop with its orders, lifetime profit, devices and wallet. Open carts with their value, and a reminder push in one tap.
Carts left behind get a nudge instead of being forgotten.
Invoices
A GST tax invoice for every order, with the shop's GSTIN, HSN codes and the company's signature and seal, marked paid once it's paid.
No invoice is ever typed by hand.
Reports
Delivered revenue, net profit, average order, repeat rate, top and slow products, top shops, live users by phone type, what shops search for (including searches that found nothing) and a checkout funnel from app open to order.
The owner sees net profit on every order, and what shops want but can't find.
Team and roles
Logins for the team: admins who can change things, and view-only logins for finance. The server enforces it.
Finance sees every number without the risk of changing one.

Lakshya Agarwal · Founder · DigidukanWe needed more than an app. kree built the whole thing: a shop app where a shopkeeper just says the product name in Hindi and it shows up, the panel our team runs orders, stock and offers from, our website and the backend. Monthly sales are up 8x, and 9 out of 10 shops order again.
